July 23 10 Day Detox Prep
Starting a detox can be daunting. You might be wondering- “what can I actually eat? How long is it going to take me to prepare everything?!” Well I’m the same way and did ask many of those questions the first time I participated in a detox/cleanse. Here’s some tips that helped:
Go Over the Food List and Sample Meal Schedule in the Program Guide of your kit
- grocery shop for the week ahead
- plan meals as much as possible, unplanned meals are what causes you to make poor choices
- if you are eating on the go, ask before you eat “is this processed? Do I know exactly what’s in this sauce/broth/dressing/etc?”

Here are some recipes I recommend and what I will most likely be eating during the Detox:
Breakfast Examples -Fruit Smoothie Bowl: (dairy free) topped with berries, coconut flakes or chia seeds -Gluten Free Pancakes: (make ahead for the week and store in a Ziploc bag) Use the program guide recipe or find GlutenFree/Paleo Pancake Mix (no added sugars).
