Will I be adjusted?? A chiropractic adjustment refers to the manual manipulation of any joint in the body, applied by a chiropractor. Chiropractors are educated and trained to evaluate and feel the normal alignment of joints in the body. It requires many hours of palpating human joints to gain the necessary skills and accuracy to determine the proper alignment of joints. Often times a "popping" noise may be heard in conjunction with the adjustment. It is theorized that this noise is caused by the release of natural gases from the joint capsule that is being adjusted. Answer: Maybe- if you need to be adjusted, yes! |
